Walk and talk therapy
Eleanor offers walk and talk therapy where therapy happens outside whilst walking in the countryside. There is a growing body of evidence to show how beneficial this therapeutic approach can be. It can feel easier to talk when you are outside of a therapy room, and there are lots of benefits to being outside in the countryside and walking too.
Eleanor has a therapy dog, Ollie, who can join therapy sessions on request. Having Ollie present can be useful for people who are anxious about attending therapy or for people with dog phobias. Ollie has experience working with Eleanor in therapy sessions and working with Eleanor in a special needs school.
